I created this challenge to help focus on three pillars: financial well-being, physical health, and mental clarity.

It’s so easy to get caught up in one area and let the others slide, but true wealth is about balance.

As we step into a new year, I wanted to share something special I've put together for myself The Thrive in 75 Wealth Challenge and I’d love for you to join me on this journey! This challenge isn’t just about setting goals; it’s about building a lifestyle rooted in health, wealth, and mindfulness.

Here’s what I hope this challenge will inspire in all of us:

Financial Freedom: Small, consistent steps to save, invest, and spend mindfully.
Healthy Habits: Prioritizing movement, nourishing our bodies, and getting enough rest.
Mindfulness: Practicing gratitude, unplugging when needed, and being present in our daily lives.

Remember, health is wealth, and every decision we make adds to the foundation of the life we’re building.

This challenge is designed to help you build financial discipline and wellness habits over 75 days. It’s all about consistency, intentionality, and growth.

Below are the rules, resources, and a set of worksheets to guide you through this journey.

Rules of the Thrive 75 Finance and Wellness Challenge

  1. Daily Budget Tracking: Log in to your bank account every day to track every dollar you earn and spend.

  2. Financial Education: Spend 20 minutes daily reading or listening to content about personal finance.

  3. Wellness Activity: Engage in 30 minutes of physical activity or mindfulness practices.

  4. Meal Plan Commitment: Stick to a meal plan that supports your health and financial goals.

  5. Savings Challenge: Save a minimum of $5 daily (or an amount that aligns with your financial goals).

  6. Debt Progress: Allocate a portion of your income to pay off debt and record your progress weekly.

  7. Digital Detox: Spend the first 30 minutes after waking up unplugged from screens daily.

  8. Accountability: Check in weekly with a partner or community to share wins and challenges (the broadcast community is here to support you).

  9. Daily Affirmation: Write one affirmation about wealth or wellness to reinforce a positive mindset.

  10. Hydration and Sleep: Drink 8+ glasses of water and aim for 7+ hours of sleep each night.

  11. Track your Progress: The base rule remains the same: if you fail to complete any of them or break a rule, you restart from day one.
